Dear Esteemed Members of CETA Family,

As President of our prestigious Association, I extend my sincere gratitude for the trust and honour placed in me to lead CETA and further solidify foundation laid by my predecessors. In today's fast-paced business landscape, we must prioritize not only growth of our businesses but also the well-being of our most valuable assets: our health, our employees, our relationships with our principals on one hand and with customers on the other, our obligations towards society, we live in and growth of our State.

I encourage you to:

• Foster positive work environment empowering your teams to thrive. 
• Prioritise process-driven decision-making, ensuring efficiency and transparency. 
• Cultivate strong relationships with our stakeholder, founded on trust and integrity. 
• Developing balance between working life and personal life for overall growth leading to long term success.

I strongly feel that earning money at the cost of health is not sustainable. Let's strive to create & develop businesses that prosper through compassion, integrity, following statutory regulations, using available advanced technologies for growth and excellence. Our prestigious association-CETA-remain committed to supporting journey of its members. I invite you to patronise/mentor our various networking events, programs and resources developing initiatives.
